Genetic testing
At EKM Psychiatry, we offer pharmacogenomic testing through both GeneSight and Genomind. These advanced genetic tests analyze your DNA to help us understand how your body is likely to respond to psychiatric medications — taking the guesswork out of finding the right treatment.
By looking at how your unique genetic makeup influences medication metabolism and neurotransmitter function, we can make more informed, personalized prescribing decisions from the start. The result is smarter treatment planning and less trial and error for you.
ADHD evaluation and testing
Our ADHD evaluations go beyond standard checklists and quick screeners. We use comprehensive clinical interviews and research-based cognitive testing to build a clear picture of how attention, memory, and executive functioning are working for you.
Our cognitive testing uses Creyos, a computerized assessment of attention, memory, reasoning and other thinking skills that you complete online from home. A shorter sample version is available if you’d like to see what the testing involves before your full evaluation.
