Her background spans veterinary medicine and clinical operations, where she developed a strong foundation in scheduling, billing, care coordination, and attentive client communication.

Before joining EKM Psychiatry, Katie served as both a Lead Veterinary Technician and Practice Manager, roles that required her to manage complex patient care logistics, maintain accurate records, coordinate treatment plans, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients navigating often stressful situations. She also brings procurement and operations experience, having managed vendor relationships and budgets in a fast-paced clinical environment.
