About Danielle
Danielle Bellis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and older adults. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University in 2012 and has built a clinical practice grounded in trauma-informed care, the therapeutic relationship, and a deep respect for each client’s unique experience.
Danielle works with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, substance use, chronic pain, and major life transitions. She draws on person-centered and evidence-based approaches to help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and build the resilience needed to move through difficult periods — and beyond them.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. She creates a space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported, while also being challenged to grow. Danielle believes that therapy is not only a tool for symptom relief but a meaningful path toward self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a more grounded sense of self.
Danielle partners closely with EKM’s psychiatric providers to offer coordinated, integrated care for patients who benefit from both therapy and medication management.
