Alissa Boyer is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University. She began her nursing career in emergency medicine in 2019 and has since developed broad clinical experience across emergency, behavioral health, and inpatient psychiatric settings.

Alissa approaches psychiatric care with the same thoroughness she developed in high-acuity medical environments. She takes time to understand the full picture — including how physical health, stress, and life circumstances contribute to psychiatric symptoms — and uses that understanding to develop treatment plans that are grounded, individualized, and realistic.
